We begin with helping interested parties with our Business Planning and Development center where we layout a path to success for every individual interested in achieving business success. 

We then integrate them into our mentoring process as an 'Apprentice' by teaming them up with successful business owners who take them under their wing to teach them the ropes. Mentors are established from a different location in which they wish to develop their business so that the Mentors are not faced with the potentially compromising challenge of developing their own competition. 

Instead, by developing relationships with new AI Partners with business interests in other cities and locations - generally in the same state or region, these mentors are able to cultivate and build business interests with potential long term partners that can help them effectively build extensions of their own business in other cities and locations that can help them build their own business interests. This program does require some travel - particularly on the part of the 'Apprentice'.

As our new team members develop their skills and interest further, we support them through the stages of business development by providing realtionships to established license training programs, financing and insurance programs, supplier and vendor relationships, and marketing programs designed to build their business to it's full potential.

Only then, do we begin to independently evaluate their skills as a potential franchise owner of one of our Atlan Brands.
