The AI Business Partners: Business Planning And Development group is a team of experienced business professionals that serve on our assignment committee, and are charged with developing newly interested and experienced technicians in the essential service fields by helping them develop their own business interests through the use of our many support programs.
This committee's work is adminstered by our technical support team that is responsible for managing the guidance of Apprentices and their Mentors as they work through the process of building the foundation for strong viable businesses in their communities.
This will include guidance through the licensing process, business registration and agreement processes, obtaining appropriate and cost effective insurance coverages, building relationships with suppliers, vendors, and lenders, as well as building the market in their community with which to do business.
Atlan International is interested in cultivating these relationships at every level as they bring value to the business development process, provide us with new service delivery personnel, and eventually build potential franchise owners for the communities in which they serve - all adding to the powerful Brand building process that strengthens the entire organization nation wide.
