The essence of the complete Atlan family of services is our ClubAtlan program which home and small business owners join to take advantage of this complete system care program.
The program is as simple as this: When you join as a ClubAtlan member you receive the following benefits:
- A complete AtlanCheckpoint diagnostic and documentation of your home completed by an Atlan trained Client Services Representative (CSR) within the first 30 days of your membership, unless an otherwise agreed upon time is arranged.
- Up to three (3) additional service hours during the first year in any of the key service areas including Heating, &/or Air Conditioning Systems, Electrical Service, Plumbing Service, Major Appliance Service, and/or Pest Control.
- These services are provided by one of our AtlanBrands franchise dealers when established in your area, and are by our quality rated, "standards met" AtlanPartners until such a time as our franchise is established in your area.
- All AtlanBrands franchise dealers including: Firemans Heating And Air, Lights Electric,Plumbetter Plumbing, Fridgemasters Appliance Care, and US Pestmasters , along with all of our AtlanPartners are committed to providing our clients with insured and license managed technicians that have been drug tested, background checked and agreed to wear protective "booties" when in your home or office.
- All work done is completed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time, you are not satisfied with the work completed by our people, simply call our CallIt247.com call center, or contact us through our website, and we will ensure the matter is resolved to your complete satisfaction.
- All delivered in the most cost effective format possible at $ 27.00/month with a one time registration fee of $ 97.00 once.

Subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Home and/or office access is arranged with your assigned CSR and someone must be at the home or office when CSR (and assistant in many cases) arrive at your proerty. Memberships always begin at the beginning of a calendar month and are paid for the period of that calendar month. A seven day lead time is required prior to start of membership from date of application.
- All properties are limited to 3 systems of any type (ie. 3 fridge/freezers, 3 water heaters, etc.) which will be identifed and acknowledged at the time of CSR's AtlanCheckpoint diagnostic and documentation. HVAC systems covered have a maximum of 5 ton output per system.
- For additional properties for the same client, the registration fee is reduced to $ 50. per residence or qualified building, while the monthly fee of $ 27. remains the same for each additional property.
- ClubAtlan reserves the right to reject registration of, or add surcharge to any property that is deemed to be unsafe, uninhabitable, inaccessible or presents an unreasonable level of challenge to access - solely in the discretion of ClubAtlan management. If in the opinion of the member, a proposed surcharge is not deemed acceptable, the membership will be cancelled, and all funds returned to the member.
- Registration fees and a portion of monthly fees are charged as administrative fees and are non-refundable. The balance of monthly fees are applied to a credit to the account of the member for the purposes of providing services consistent with the terms of the membership as noted herein. All services used are paid for from the member's account, and once credits used to date have been used, the member is responsible for additional costs incurred at the time of any service being provided. Additional services rendered at the time of service are due to be paid at the time, and will be fully disclosed and estimated in advance prior to work being done with all credits on ClubAtlan account at that time fully applied first. Member may refuse to have any work done at any time.
- ClubAtlan is not responsible for any differences of any kind that may arise between the parties, but does agree to provide a further review of the issues so as to be able to deliver complete satisfaction and resolution of the system based problems to the member.
