Whether their high end gated single home communities, townhouses linked together, or high rises in large metropolitan areas, home and property owner association's have a variety of things we want and need, and we have a few things they an use.
The net result is that community associations and ClubAtlan create a synergistic and symbiotic relationship that can only help us both when we reach out to get them involved.
As such, we are working with a variety of Association oriented partners to develop these relationships, and add opportunities for our Atlan Associates and Partners.

Just a few of the things worth considering in seeking out these relationships:
- Every Association has at least one meeting a year of (what is supposed to be) all of their homeowners.
- Associations are made up of the individuals that own all of the properties in their community, and all of them need the services that ClubAtlan and its Partners offer.
- Many of these Associations have meeting facilities where you can hold meetings to introduce our programs to their homeowners on a focused basis.
- With clubhouses and commonly owned facilities, the Associations themselves need our services to help them maintain their facilities.
As such, it is our goal to build relationships with the Board Members of these Associations by building relationships with the key people involved including the President, a Vice-President if their is one the Treasurer, the Secretary, and any other Board Members, as well as a Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, and any other key facility people where they exist.
To assist in learning about how each Association is organized, we are building an alliance with the people who register HOA's and POA's at www.AssociationRegistry.org who are willing to exchange ClubAtlan services for information that is gathered and memberships that are sold to a Community Association.
