The rules are as simple as follows:

1. All services are offered as an hourly contract as an independent contractor unless otherwise specified.
    To  be fair to all parties, the clock starts when person arrives at agreed upon place to start work, and 
    ends when they leave at the end of the day, or end of the job whichever is sooner. 
2. All work is to be paid by cash or check as agreed at the end of the day, or the end of the job if sooner. 
3. No more information is requested by the hiring party once a person is hired online unless agreed in 
    advance so as to not waste the contracted person's time. ie. A request for a job review is a hire.
4. The work is as specified, and properly paid, or the hired person can complain, and suggest contractor 
    should be banned. 
5. All hired independent contractors accepting jobs agree to show up and work as agreed, or contractors 
    may complain and suggest their removal. 
6. Unless otherwise agreed, transportation to and from the worksite is the responsibility of the hired 
    person. The responsibility for tax reporting and payments is each persons own responsibility. 
7. All services offered and work offered are agreed to be legal. People2Rent.com accepts no legal 
    responsibility beyond a listing.
